The Pilates method gives you a different way of feeling your body. Through the practice of Pilates exercises you will increase body awareness.
SPINNING
Cardiovascular activity on a static bike in which you pedal to the ritmó of music.
PADDLE
We have 3 paddle courts 1 indoor and 2 outdoor. Paddle lessons are also taught.
